Refund policy

By placing an order through g8central.com, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure you fully know our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to domestic (USA) countries.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at info@g8central.com or phone:+1(626) 285-0023. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package, buyer-paid returns. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact us by email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE 

We charge a 15% restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
